Payment Policy

1. Introduction
This Payment Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for all financial transactions conducted on the Quotex platform ("the Company"). This policy is an integral part of the main Service Agreement and applies to all deposit and withdrawal operations performed by the Client. By funding an account, the Client fully agrees to the terms laid out in this document.
2. Deposit Procedures
2.1. Funding Methods
Clients can fund their accounts using any of the methods available in the "Deposit" section of their personal cabinet. The availability of methods varies by country. The Client confirms that they are the rightful owner of the funds and the payment account being used.
2.2. Third-Party Payments
Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. All deposits must originate from an account, card, or system registered in the Client's own name. The Company reserves the right to block the account and void all trades if a third-party payment is detected.
2.3. Deposit Currency and Conversion
If the deposit currency differs from the Client's trading account currency, the funds will be automatically converted at the Company's internal exchange rate. The Company is not liable for any losses incurred due to currency conversion.
3. Withdrawal Procedures
3.1. Withdrawal Eligibility
To be eligible for a withdrawal, the Client must have a fully verified account. This is a mandatory security measure to comply with KYC and AML regulations. For details on the verification process, please refer to our FAQ page.
3.2. Withdrawal Method and Priority
To prevent fraud and money laundering, withdrawals are processed back to the original source of the funds. This means funds will be returned to the same e-wallet, bank card, or payment system from which the deposit was made. If multiple deposit methods were used, withdrawals will be processed proportionally to the deposited amounts.
3.3. Processing Times
The Company endeavors to process all withdrawal requests within 1 to 5 business days. However, the time required for the funds to be credited to the Client's account may vary depending on the payment system and can take longer due to intermediary bank processes.
4. Transaction Security and Anti-Fraud Measures
The Company employs robust security protocols, including SSL encryption, to protect all transaction data. We actively monitor all financial operations to prevent fraudulent activity and money laundering.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any transaction, freeze an account, and request additional verification documents if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected. If you notice any issues with a transaction, please contact our support team immediately.
5. Fees and Commissions
Quotex does not charge any internal fees or commissions for deposits or withdrawals. However, the Client is solely responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment systems, banks, or intermediaries involved in the transaction process. Clients are advised to check the fee policies of their chosen payment provider.
